What a great park right alongside of the Lachlan River a short drive from the town of Forbes. 

The check in process was easy and whilst there was some initial concern about my van sitting on the selected site we had no issues at all. 

The site selected backed onto the river with many of the sites doing this. There are only a 3 cabins in the park so it is very welcoming to caravan stays.  

The sound of the river rushing past is extremely relaxing and i am sure will make you want to just sit for hours watching the ducks swimming around. 

The facilities here are very well maintained and the overall park is kept in good condition. 

Whilst the park is near the freight train line there is not enough movement on that line to be very concerning.
