Day 123 – 15/9/2019 on a Midlife Adventure.
Heading further North it’s only 100km from Mataranka, NT to Katherine, NT where I will be basing myself for a few days.
The town is actually smaller than I thought it would be but it has a Mc Donalds and a Woolworths.
So after unhitching at the Shady Lane Tourist Park on the outskirts of town I headed into the information centre to discover what Katherine has to offer me during my visit.
Finishing up there it was off to Woolworths to restock on some essentials before resting up at the park for the afternoon doing that necessary job of cleaning the caravan now that I will be resting from dirt for at least a week or until after Darwin, NT.
Not the most interesting of days on this Midlife Adventure but keeping home clean is important to this trip being a success.
