Day 63 – 17/7/2019 on this Midlife Adventure
This place is great and very relaxing. This morning was spent reading and relaxing, what a great way to spend a day. A morning walk along the beach was nice with the sun warming up as the tide went out.
The big event for today didn’t start until 4:30 so it was nice to just spend time doing nothing.
At 4pm it was off to the nearby marina to hop on board the LARC.

So what is a LARC it was built by the US Army as an all terrain vehicle and had the original role of cargo movement. The acronym stands for Lighter, Amphibious Resupply, Cargo.
We headed off down the boat ramp and across the sandbanks.

It would be great to have one of these to go fishing with.

There was a chance we might see dolphins, we didn’t however I did see a stingray flee as we went overhead.
We did a couple of big dips into the water.
Then it was time for the sun to set and conclude another great day in this Midlife Adventure.
A special Happy Birthday to Lakeyn today!
