Day 54 – 8/7/2019
I’m back on the road again and it feels good. Staying put in one place for over a week had me going crazy. The stop was always planned for any required mechanical issues that needed doing before heading off.
Until now I haven’t been working to much of a plan but I think I might have to bite the bullet and put some plans on paper.
The drive today was short but did include a short detour into Rainbow Beach, Qld. The basis of many heading across to Fraser Island, Qld which will have to be a different trip for me.
The Tin Can Bay Tourist park is situated just out of town (Tin Can Bay, Qld) and you can tell has been improved recently by the management.
The town is quite small and is a fishing village.

I went for a walk along the coast checking out the surf club and the bakery before heading back to the caravan park to rest and enjoy the view, including this lovely tree behind my van.

Back to 2 night stops for a while for this midlife adventure.
