Day 271 – 11/2/2020 on a Midlife Adventure.
Moving on from Port Lincoln I keep edging my way closer and closer to the end point of this journey.

The first stop of the day was Port Neill, a small town just a bit further up the coast than Tumby Bay.

The weather has kept mild however a bit windy today which hasn’t impacted on the van the drive is full of farm land and nice wide roads that make travel easier.

The township of Arno Bay, SA is these days mainly a holiday village with a few permanent residents. There is some local farming communities and a fish spawning facility just out of town.

The community lawn out the front of these holiday homes is really cool, you can imagine people playing cricket out here.

The jetty is pretty short for this region and as I have stayed here before I decided to give it a miss but its a great little town and is a great place to stop.
I managed to catch a tuna.. so I tied it to the roof of the van!

So around 11am I arrive into Whyalla, SA where I’ll be spending a few days.

I have spent time in Whyalla as one of my first remote customers was based here when I started my consulting career.

I doubt it is still the same owners or using the same system that I implemented but it does bring to life that I am getting closer to having to concern myself with that next career step and what that might look like and something to consider on this Midlife Adventure.
