To celebrate my new freedom I found myself around Port Adelaide over the weekend.

This started with a day out in the boat on Saturday initially as a fishing trip they didn’t want to bite so went for a cruise down the port river.

Sunday saw us back in Port Adelaide, firstly at the Torrens Island Markets where we sorted out some fruit and veg including 15kg of bananas for $5.

Moving then onto the Fisherman’s Wharf market to see what treasures were on show.

Enjoying some of the local Port Adelaide historic building it is an area with a lot of history and an interesting prospect and future.

Enjoying a bite to eat we headed to the Royal South Australian Yacht Squadron at Outer Harbour.
