Day 244 – 15/1/2020 on a Midlife Adventure
Moving on from Pemberton early this morning I made the drive 180km further east and a little south.
I arrive at the Big4 Ocean Beach Tourist Park and get setup then head out for a drive.
It is a coastal town and the weather is less than perfect here with a small amount of rain coming in for a visit.
The walk from the carpark to the view is very easy and provide a good insight into the region.
The waterway is separated at low tide from the ocean and by the looks of it has been separated for a while.
They have some artworks in various places and on some of the rocks they have life saver rings in case someone gets washed off the rocks.
Heading back into town I stop in at the Information Centre where I arrange a tour for tomorrow and grab a hot chocolate.
With so many kids being school holiday it was nice to see some locals come visit.
I helped myself to some afternoon snacks and then had an early dinner before hitting the sack on another night on this Midlife Adventure.
